Just wanted to share a positive experience and see if it's the norm. I'm looking at a Sea Ray on their site and had a bunch of questions. I sent a message to office@cherokeemotorauction.com expecting to wait days for a reply. They got back to me in like two hours with super detailed answers. Is the support at Cherokee Motor Auction always this good?
Yeah their email/ticket support is top notch. I had questions about the bidding process for a Camaro I won and they were super responsive. Glad to hear it's still consistent.
That's been my experience too. The whole process on their website cherokeemotorauction.com is pretty transparent, and the support team is part of that. They seem to actually care about answering your questions.
Interesting. I will say their phone support can be a bit slower. I tried calling a couple times last month and got a busy signal. Ended up sending an email to office@cherokeemotorauction.com and they replied fast, so I guess that's the way to go.
@DieselDan That makes sense, especially when big auctions are ending. The phone lines probably get slammed. The ticket system on the CherokeeMotorAuction site has never failed me though. It's the most reliable way to get a quick answer.

Echoing the positive experiences. I bought a work truck, an F-250, through them. The best part was not having to chase down the title from a bank. Cherokee Motor Auction handled all the lien release paperwork and the clean title was delivered right to my door with the truck. Zero headaches.
Just to be clear about my earlier post, the phone thing was a non-issue since their email was so fast. My overall experience with Cherokee Motor Auction was a 10/10. Got a great deal on my Ram 2500 and it runs like a dream.
